Consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation no. 2016/679/EU of the European Parliament and of the Countil on the protection of individuals during the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation), and Act no. 18 of 2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts

The operator company Lulaz s.r.o. processes the customer’s personal data to the following extent: company name, company billing address, company ID, VAT number, EU VAT ID, registered address, first name and last name of the contact person, the contact person’s job position, telephone number, email address, fax, web address, cookies.

Personal data are processed by Lulaz s.r.o. in order to:

  • invoice the services provided;
  • send mail offers of the products of the company Lulaz s.r.o.;
  • communicate in the social media networks;
  • draw up a contract, recover claims;

The company Lulaz s.r.o. does not provide personal information to third partiies, with the following exceptions:

Implementation of accounting and tax services

The operator declares that:

a) It will use the processed personal data of data subjects only for the above mentioned purposes in the course of its business activities.
b) The failure to send mail and telephone offers of the operator’s products does not establish a threat of rejection of the contractual relationship.

Common provisions:

The personal data that you provide to the operator through the registration form or direct order must be true and if you change it, you are obliged to inform the operator immediately.

The protection of your personal data is governed by the provisions of the Data Protection Act, your rights being governed by the general Regulation no. 2016/679/EU of the European Parliament and of the Countil on the protection of individuals during the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, e.g. the right to request, upon written request, the following:

  • Right of access

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal information we have about you as well as information about how we use your personal information. In most of the cases, your personal data will be provided to you in writing, in the form of a document, unless otherwise requested by you. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically, if technically possible.

  • Right to rectification

We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information we have about you. If you believe that the information we hold is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, please feel free to ask us to modify, update or complete this information.

  • Right to erasure

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, for example, if the personal data we collect about you is no longer necessary to fulfill the original purpose of the processing or if you withdraw your consent to the processing. However, your right must be assessed in the light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations, which means that we will not be able to comply with your request.

  • Right to restriction of processing

Under certain circumstances, you may ask us to stop using your personal information. For example, if you think that the personal information we have about you may be inaccurate, or if you think we no longer need to use your personal information.

  • Right to data portability

In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal information you have provided to us, to another third party of your choice. However, the right to portability only applies to personal data that we have obtained from you under consent or under a contract to which you are a party.

  • Right to object

You have the right to object to data processing that is based on our legitimate, lawful interests (for example, we process personal data for network and infrastructure security purposes). If we do not have a valid, legitimate, lawful reason for processing and you object, we will not further process your personal data.

  • Rights related to automated decision making

You have the right to refuse automated decision making, including profiling, which will result in legal or similar significant consequences for you. Usually, the company does not use automated decision making or profiling in the context of employment.

  • Right to withdraw consent

In most cases, we do not process your personal data with your consent. However, we may ask for your consent in specific cases. If we do so, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the further use of your personal data.

The company Lulaz s.r.o. will keep the personal data in accordance with the Act on Archives and Registries, the Accounting Act and the VAT Act for a period of 10 years following the year concerned (the year in which the last invoice was issued).
Personal data designated for marketing purposes will be kept by Lulaz s.r.o. for a period of 10 years after the consent was given or until the consent of the person concerned becomes withdrawn.

The data subject may request that personal data be rectified, restricted or deleted.
